This batch of Wanderer is dry-hopped with Wakatu! After primary fermentation, we steep this Helles on a light dose of carefully selected Wakatu hops. This is done in an effort to bring vibrant hop notes to the forefront of your palate in a gentle and inviting way.

Dry-hopped Lager Alert! Presenting: Wanderer Wakatu Wakatu is a cross between Noble German Hallertau and New Zealand hops. In other words, it's an old-world hop with a kiwi accent, and it's spectacular. This curious varietal works perfectly in our venerated German Helles Wanderer; we taste floral noble spice with flashes of bright lime zest.
