Patient Rover is a Munich-style Dunkel that undergoes extended conditioning in our lager cellar. Pouring a dark chestnut color, notes of molten toffee, brown bread, mild chocolate, and caramel float above its wispy off-white head. A sturdy addition of Tettnanger hops provides balance and depth.

Lagers are not to be rushed. Our Patient series honors this most important of ingredients when making these classic styles: time. Rover, our Munich Dunkel, is a beer we’ve refined over the years, and we thought it deserved an even longer stay in our stainless steel horizontals. So long, in fact, that this batch was brewed in early June. Sporting an even softer character and incredibly tight carbonation, Patient Rover presents in rare form with notes of molten toffee, brown bread, mild chocolate, and caramel.
