Utilizing a historic blend of Pacific Northwest hops and weighing in at 8.6% ABV with 100 IBUs, this is a bold citrus- and fruit-forward bomb. Poured vigorously, peaks of sticky foam erupt above the rim, leaving white switchbacks of lacing cascading down the glass.
Leads with grapefruit; also citrus peel and dank. Feels bitter.

Our Westy series is making a pit stop at our Farm and Fermentory in Woodstock. Woodstock Westy utilizes a historic blend of Pacific Northwest hops, creating a pleasantly bitter, citrusy, and fruit-forward hop bomb. Poured vigorously, peaks of sticky foam erupt above the rim and leave white switchbacks of lacing cascading down the glass. On top of a classic West Coast body, notes of dank hop yards, bitter citrus peel, and freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice leap out of the glass.
