Wolverine is a Black IPA that eclipses our notion of a dark and hoppy ale.With a base of premium Pilsner and de-husked Blackprinz malt, it pours jet black with a clean body and subdued roasty aromas. Columbus and Citra hops snap with notes of grapefruit peel, black pepper, and earthy spice.

We've been on a tear with Black IPAs, and we've named this after the famously fierce Wolverine! Citrus notes from Columbus and Citra complement a roasty malt bill, while a dose of Warrior hop extract bursts with lemon and pine sap.
