Tree of Perception is a bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine that underwent a secondary rest on Amburana wood. This Southern Hemisphere sweet wood imparts unbelievably rich aromas of cinnamon cookies, vanilla bean syrup, and spiced butterscotch caramels. Underneath this introduction are robust notes of toffee, dark fruit, and warming oak imparted from its 27-month rest in select bourbon barrels.

Today, we're pleased to introduce a beer called 'Tree of Perception.' It is truly exciting to reach the release day of such a complex and eclectic offering that we've waited over two years to introduce. Tree of Perception is a bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine that underwent a secondary rest on Amburana wood. This Southern Hemisphere sweet wood imparts unbelievably rich aromas of cinnamon cookies, vanilla bean syrup, and spiced butterscotch caramels. Underneath this introduction are robust notes of toffee, dark fruit, and warming oak imparted from its 27-month rest in select bourbon barrels. A final addition of orange peel slowly reveals itself, adding a subtle brightness to this singular offering.
