The Valley

(American IPA, 7.2%, 16oz) The Valley is a Single IPA that explores a single terroir through a blend of hand-selected hops from Coleman Farms. Pouring a hazy orange color with mountains of sticky foam, tropical notes jump from the glass. Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic carry notes of white grapefruit, boysenberry jam, donut peaches, and hints of pine sap.

Farm -> Kettle -> can. Our friends at Coleman Farms in Oregon are some of the first hop growers to initiate geological surveys into their terroir to better understand their craft. The mighty Willamette River cuts through their valley, depositing variations of silt, sand, and clay that lead to wholly unique and expressive profiles found in their hops. The Valley is a Single IPA that explores a single terroir. A blend of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic carry notes of white grapefruit, boysenberry jam, donut peaches, and hints of pine sap. Hats off to these family farmers, without them beers like this wouldn't be possible.
