A milestone for the Prodigal Haze series today! Over the years, we've had a few series where we put on our science hats and see how dang hoppy we can push our beers to be. With a focus on low whirlpool temperatures for maximum juiciness, Prodigal Haze has garnered a growing fan base and disappears out our doors by the dolly faster and faster each time. Prodigal Haze X (or ten for those of us who skipped Latin) continues our exponential quest for hop nirvana. Utilizing Citra hops, Cryo hops, and Citra extract, we created pungent notes of candied grapefruit peel, fresh-squeezed OJ, honeydew melon, and lychee sorbet.
