Billy Goat Hop Farm is nestled in a little corner of Colorado, growing some truly unique hops. The Kid is hopped with an entirely new blend with some relatively rare lineages; you don't want to miss this one. Utilizing a blend of Citra, Cascade, Multihead, and Copper hops, notes of spring pine sap, grapefruit peel, guava, fruit punch, and orange zest burst from its sticky head. A true representation of Colorado's terroir, we are reminded once again how small operations off the beaten path can have an indelible impact on our craft. We took the photo that graces the can high on Quandary Peak, not long after discovering this little farm entirely by chance. It's neat how life can work out sometimes.
