Modeled after the famous Italian dessert, we conditioned this batch of Truth on roasted pistachios and whole cherries. The chocolate and vanilla notes inherent to our barrel-aged Stouts meld effortlessly with these classic ingredients.

Spumoni Truth. 🇮🇹 Modeled after the famous Italian dessert, we conditioned this batch of Truth on roasted pistachios and whole cherries. The chocolate and vanilla notes inherent to our barrel-aged Stouts meld effortlessly with these classic ingredients. Hovering above its creamy tan head are notes of nutty pistachio paste, dark cherry syrup, vanilla bean, and chocolate ganache.
