Spruce Tip

High in the Rockies of Colorado, where the canopies of other trees peter out against the harsh climate, the blue spruce stretches its boughs. A symbol of health and resilience, this conifer can withstand droughts, survive -40 degree temperatures. This iconic species has a long history in the world of fermentation, and we are elated to add a page to its story.

Spruce Tip! We love our hoppy beers that burst with notes of pine; it's about time we used the real deal. We imported Colorado Spruce tips and blended them with Cascade, Columbus, and Copper hops from Billy Goat Farms. Notes of sticky pine resin, citrus peel, wintergreen berries, and subtle notes of sweet fruit punch greet the senses. We hope this beer transports you to a quiet world of high peaks and crisp, clean air. #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto
