Tree HouseBeersSo It Goes
Do not wish for the selves of our past, there are burdens long forgotten that live on their shoulders. Do not wish for the selves of the future, they are thinking of you and the joy inside of your young heart. Do not resent the self of now, it fears its own transience, clutching so tightly to what was or could be.
Leads with toast and nutty; hints of herbal and spicy. Feels clean.
On the Classic wheel, from Tree House’s own descriptions of this beer.
So It Goes is our Czech Amber Lager: spunded, moved slowly, and patiently conditioned. Bohemian Pilsner malt creates notes of malty spice and toasted notes, while 100% Saaz hops lend aromas of noble spice and lemon. The title is a nod to one of our favorite authors, Kurt Vonnegut, a phrase that helps us deal with the absurdities in our lives. It also acts as a balancing mantra, taking the thumb off the scale of the present moment when that moment is tough. It reminds us that life is many days, and that the rough times are not as absolute as they feel.
Welcome to Lager House - please step inside. So It Goes is an Amber Czech Lager and a beer of profound patience. On its way from the brew deck to our horizontals, it is carefully moved, spunded, and slowly carbonated for exceptional crispness. Our hand-selected Saaz hops bring a wonderful floral note while balancing restrained notes of malty spice and a toasty nuttiness. Get it. #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto
Today, we are pleased to debut So It Goes, our Czech Amber Lager. Bohemian Pilsner malt creates an exceptional, clean base for our specialty grains to shine. Spunded, moved slowly, and patiently conditioned, So It Goes pours with a glowing red hue. Subdued flavors of malty spice give way to a toasted, nutty finish. Brewed exclusively with hand-selected Saaz Hops, mild herbal notes and a zing of resinous florality sit atop its billowing head of foam. Drink with friends and good conversation, time well spent inscribed in the lacing along the glass. #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto
