Combining Simcoe hops grown on three different farms this beer has notes of sweet and earthy papaya, rich red berries, pine resin, and juicy stone fruit. We combined Simcoe hops from three different locations: Coleman Agriculture in St. Paul, Oregon, Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho, and bonafide Simcoe specialists Perrault Farms in Yakima, Washington.
Leads with papaya, berry and pine; also dank. Feels juicy and a little bitter.

Simcoe may well be the most misunderstood and perhaps underappreciated hop in the juicy hop game. This iconic hop, celebrating 25 years, was the actual inflection point of the IPA we love today. So we're disproportionately excited for this beer - a new entry in our 'All Ways' series, featuring a collection of hand-selected lots of Simcoe. We combined Simcoe hops from three different locations: Coleman Agriculture in St. Paul, Oregon, Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho, and Perrault Farms in Yakima, Washington. These beers represent the evolution of "single hop" explorations, providing insight into the complexity of a given hop in a way that would otherwise never be revealed in our blending sessions.
