Saratoga Lager uses the finest New York Pilsner malt, laying a clean and sturdy foundation for this crisp lager. Notes of water crackers and fresh bread greet the palate before an addition of two New York-grown hop varieties dance upon its sticky white head.

Stay hello to Saratoga Lager! When contemplating how to represent our newest location best, its fabled history of restorative mineral springs came to mind. Of all the things a life spent brewing cultivates, respect for water and its curious properties is near the top of that list. Saratoga Lager uses the finest New York Pilsner malt, laying a clean and sturdy foundation for this crisp lager. On first inspection, notes of water crackers and fresh bread greet the palate. In honor of New York's history of hop cultivation and to express its unique terroir, we used NY-grown hop varieties in this beer. Hallertau brings forth earthy spice and golden hay flavors before Vista closes with light notes of pear and peach blossom white tea.
