This historical Lager has notes of hay, earthy noble hops, bready malts, and a hint of lemon. Dutifully crafted from a blend of German Pilsner and Vienna malts, Quaint is fermented with our house pilsner strain and sent to our horizontal conditioning tank for extensive conditioning.

You might not realize it, but Germans were kind of the hop heads of their day. They also happened to appreciate a bit of haze under the right circumstances. Kellerbiers are unfiltered lagers that present with a bit of cloudiness from the yeast in suspension. Quaint follows this tradition with notes of toasty biscuits, hay, lemon, and noble spice. It's complex, flavorful, and oh so crushable.
