Plover

Plover is a British Golden Ale that pours a straw yellow color with a wave of sticky foam that clings to the glass. Traditional Fuggle hops lend soft notes of hay, sweet geranium, noble spice, and a subtle bouquet of garden herbs. Beneath these aromas, notes of biscuit and toasted bread are revealed within a crisp effervescence that fades into a clean finish.

Today, we're pleased to introduce Plover, our Golden Pub Ale. Crafted with Golden Promise malt and Golden Naked Oats, it pours a straw yellow color with soft notes of hay, sweet geranium, and noble spice from traditional Fuggle hops in the boil. Beneath these aromas, notes of biscuit and toasted bread are revealed, set against a crisp effervescence that fades into a clean finish. Furthermore, to mimic the traditional pub pour-off from a beer engine, we dosed Plover with nitrogen, which gives it a wonderful cascade of bubbles and a creamy head of foam. Please give it a gentle shake and an aggressive pour for maximum effect. British beers are an exercise in balance and supreme drinkability, living relics of a time when fires warmed pubs, and beer connected us with our neighbors, sparking good conversation and new friendships. Our former Lager cellarman turned content specialist helped create this release as a tribute to the flavorful UK beers he and his father first shared, which made him fall in love with the craft. His father, David Hayward, painted the sleek background of these proper cans. A lifetime of working "en plein air" his pastels capture our beloved New England landscapes. Enjoy this labor of love! @dwhayward #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto
