Moher Mocha is a blended barrel-aged stout using select bourbon barrels aged between sixteen and twenty-two months, plus a small amount of fresh stout. It is then conditioned upon roasted cacao nibs, coffee, & constituents that approximate the flavor of Irish Whiskey before packaging.

From our barrel program, a new blended barrel-aged stout - Moher Mocha! Made from barrels aged between 16 and 22 months with a small amount of fresh stout, we then conditioned the blend on roasted cacao nibs, coffee, and ingredients imparting Irish whiskey flavor. Sláinte!
