'Meemaw' is our apple harvest ale, crafted with a malt bill reminiscent of flaky pie crust and brewed with a generous addition of sweet, dried apples in the mash. In short, it's a bit like apple pie. After fermentation, we conditioned it with nutmeg and cinnamon, whose notes float just above the rim of the glass, leaving us feeling cozier with every sip.
