Today, we are pleased to introduce a brand new beer tapped in coordination at each Tree House location for your enjoyment. Grizzly Bear is a barrel-aged rendition of Big Bear. If you recall, the batch released last winter was infused with coffee. The other half of the same batch, the pure expression of Big Bear, was laid to rest in Buffalo Trace barrels for one year before emerging as the much revered and feared Grizzly Bear. Coming in at 12% alcohol, Grizzly Bear eschews heavy sweetness in favor of dark malt character and a strong smack of bourbon-forward vanilla on the palate. This beer is an absolute delight and may be enjoyed on draft only while it lasts. It is a testament to our unflinching dedication to brewing and caring for the best and most interesting beer possible.
