Four Star Fresh Hop Cascade is a wet-hopped Tree House pilsner brewed with pale malts and freshly harvested Cascade hops grown and cared for by our friends at Four Star Farms in Massachusetts. It’s an honor to utilize such a famous varietal while showcasing the nuance of our local terroir.

We'll get hops into our beer any way we can: pellets, extract, whole leaf, and for a brief moment every year, fresh directly from the bine. For this special release, our friends at Four Star Farms @fourstarfarms in Northfield, Massachusetts, sent us literal buckets of fresh Cascade the day of harvest. With the sticky lupulin cones fully intact, we transferred our crisp German Pilsner on top of the bounty. Four Star Fresh Hop Cascade is a true expression of local terroir and carries notes of sugared pomelo, earthy pine resin, pink grapefruit candies, and floral spice.
