This zippy Pilsner has hoppy notes of noble spice, chamomile, cedar, lemon zest, and melon. Pacific Northwest Pilsner whose head rises above the glass before collapsing into a lattice of sticky foam across the glass. Pouring a straw yellow color, hoppy notes float from its snappy body and zippy natural carbonation.
Fog Land is a Pacific Northwest Pilsner. Similar to a German Pilsner, hops play a major role in its profile; a thoughtful blend pays homage to its European origins while adding distinct American aromas. We chose two hand-selected varieties, Mt. Hood and American-grown Tettnanger hops. Fogland leads with soft notes of noble spice, chamomile, and cedar. Lorien hops, then adds aromas of lemon zest, melon, and wildflower honey. As the day slips behind the trees, the night reclaims its forest, dissolving the borders erected in the light. In secret, it lowers the heavens until they spill across the ground like smoke.
