Excelsior is a Double IPA pouring a glowing sunny color with a mountain of foam that rises above the glass. Utilizing a new blend, Excelsior, from our friends at the hop guild, aromas of tangelo zest, donut peaches, and orange blossom jump from the glass. Underneath these aromas, our finest Citra lots lend notes of grapefruit peel and juicy mango!

We're in a New York state of mind. You might recognize the design, but the hops are all new in our latest DIPA, Excelsior. Leading with New York-grown hop aroma, it absolutely bursts with tangelo zest, donut peaches, and orange blossom honey. The hop heads might remember when growers released hop blends like the ever-popular Falconer's Flight; some of these perennial blends were so distinctive that it was only after the fact that you realized it wasn't a singular hop. That's certainly the case with this blend dubbed "Excelsior" from our friends at the Hop Guild in New York. We think it's an incredible expression of New York terroir.
