Enduring Belief is our Rye Lager brewed with locally grown and malted rye from our friends at Thrall Family Malt in Connecticut. The addition of European Eraclea Pilsner malt brings richness to the beer that balances the spiciness of the rye. It pours a lovely, clean, dark yellow color into your glass.

Harvest season calls for an extra helping of one of our favorite grains. Enduring Belief is our Rye Lager with a trio of interesting ingredients. The malt bill features local rye from Thrall Family Malt and a special type of pilsner malt called Ereclea, a Mediterranean variety with notes of honey that approach a sweet fruitiness. For this year's release, we utilized Adeena hops, which remind us of herbal lemon tea, whose bright florality is a wonderful complement to this crisp and complex malt profile.
