Dear Cascade is an ode to the most legendary American Hop: Cascade! Made with pale malts, classic American ale yeast, and boatloads of field-fresh hops on both the hot and cold side, Dear Cascade is the most beautiful expression of this hop imaginable. We taste and smell grapefruit, spicy orange, and hints of pine all supported by a crisp body.

Cascade is an American legend with staying power. When the craft beer scene was a fledgling movement, Cascade's citrus and pine quality captivated brewers and, in turn, beer drinkers across the country. Dear Cascade is our tribute to this cornerstone of our craft and is a singular expression of its range of flavors. For this year's batch, we used a cutting-edge product, Cryo Fresh, from our friends at Yakima Chief. Freshly harvested, un-kilned whole-cone Cascade hops underwent a cryogenic lupulin separation process, preserving their delicate oils and volatile aromas. This beer bursts with hoppy aromas that can only be attained during peak harvest.
