The Data Set series is our endeavor to explore a broad spectrum of yeast and how they affect the flavor outcome of our style of beer. For this iteration, we used another British yeast variety from across the pond. It’s easy to overlook how various European brewing cultures helped pave the way and acclimate our palates to hoppy beer.

Data Set #5 reaches across the pond yet again for another English Ale yeast. Lovers of hoppy beers will be familiar with this yeast's appealing haze, fruity esters, and sweet finish. Sensory data = strong notes of grapefruit and pine fading into a pleasing marmalade essence. 🔬👨‍🔬
