Curiosity One Hundred Thirty-Nine is our ongoing endeavor to push the limits of what is possible in hoppy beer through relentless tweaking, experimentation, and risk-taking. A series a decade in the making, it has contributed to countless improvements in our core beers and given rise to new ones.
Today, we are pleased to release Curiosity One Hundred Thirty-Nine. This rendition of Curiosity plays around with hopping times and temperature in the whirlpool and the dry hop. This particular rendition is quite different and harkens back to the earlier days of Tree House. It is remarkably soft, shifting on the palate from a gentle and full body and finishing on the drier side. Though it feels full, there is almost no residual sweetness. The flavor profile hits with a bubble gum-like tropical fruit with subtle notes of stone fruit and mango. It finishes with almost no bitterness, though an impression of a woody, peach-pit-like sensation lingers on the finish. This is a fascinating beer that has somewhat confounded us. We are curious to hear what you think. It would be impossible to overstate the value of our Curiosity Series for our continued evolution and progression at Tree House, and we are pleased to share the latest installment. Thanks, @keever , for the electric artwork.🐯 #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us@profoto
