Curiosity One Hundred Forty-One is a dynamic expression of Nelson Sauvin hops sourced from our favorite hop farms in the land of the long white cloud. These beers enable us to experiment with process to connect the dots between how hops express themselves out in the field vs how they present in a finished beer. Here, we use our newer approach to post-boil hopping to create a more rounded expression of this edy hop. Pouring a glowing yellow color into your glass, it carries notes of passion fruit, melon, sweet citrus, and mango with a clean finish.
