We’re excited to release the seventh installment of the Curiosity Series, aptly named Curiosity Seven! We used a very simple malt bill to produce a glowing yellow beer seasoned appropriately with our favorite American, New Zealand, and Australian Hops!
Leads with grapefruit, mango and pineapple; also lemon & lime. Feels dry.

As we embark on our now-tradition yearly trip to New Zealand for harvest, it's hard to believe we've been using New Zealand and Australian hops for all of our brewing life - almost 15 years! We went way back for this one. Looking over our old brew logs, it's incredible how far we've come, and it's a real treat to revive and adapt these original recipes to our modern process. Curiosity 7 blends American, Australian, and New Zealand hops to create a wave of mango, pineapple, and sweet white grape flavors and aromas.
