Cognitive Bias is an evolution of Whereabouts, our mixed fermentation ale brewed with spelt triticale and white wheat, conditioned in new French oak wine barrels. Aged for over 6 months, Cognitive Bias is dry hopped with “Pink“, a novel hop varietal grown by our friends at Jackson Farms in Wilder, Idaho.
Leads with oak; also fruity, berry and tropical.
