Bright White Sun is a New Zealand IPA that uses an extraordinary does of Rakau, Wakatu, and Nelson hops throughout the brewing process, and incorporates many of the new and innovative techniques from our recent Curiosity Series efforts. Pouring a milky yellow color into your glass, it primes your senses for the tropical experience to come.

Leads with lemon & lime and papaya; also orange and white grape. Feels juicy and bitter.

Bright White Sun was born as an inspired beer incorporating new-to-us techniques from our recent Curiosity efforts. It carries overtly potent white wine and sunny citrus characteristics that we associate with the crushable Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough. This beer is sublime and will help inform our upcoming uber-important hop selection in the Nelson region of New Zealand (and beyond.) As a companion to Moutere Magic, this beer sings.
