Absolute Silence is a riff on Sapphire Rose, combining outstanding New Zealand elements - Nelson & Waimea - with a beautiful newcomer here in America, Alora. Pouring a brilliant hazy yellow color into your glass, it exhibits notes of tropical fruit salad, earthy citrus, and ripe summer peach with a pleasing and enticing bitterness to balance the onslaught of juiciness.

Absolute Silence returns for the first time in almost a year. It's a Double IPA with a very special blend of New Zealand and American hops. Nelson and Waiema bring notes of passionfruit, white grape, and a classic dank hoppiness. American Allora then pops with notes of yuzu and honeydew melon. Between our eternally busy brewhouse, our brewers' wide footprint of locations, and our travels in search of ingredients, it becomes increasingly important to take moments of solitude and reflection.
