Tree House Charlton is the flagship, the original 53,000 square foot brewery on a sweeping rural campus off Route 20 in Central Mass. Two flagship bars greet you when you walk in, one heavy on stouts, IPAs, and seasonal craft cocktails, the other dedicated to lagers, pilsners, browns, and pale ales pulled through traditional side-pull faucets for a smoother pour. There's pizza by the slice Monday through Thursday, food trucks rotating through, the largest variety of fresh beer, cold brew, spirits, and seltzer of any of our locations, and live music every Friday and Saturday. Outside, the property opens into rolling hills, beer gardens, Adirondack chairs scattered through the trees, and a private events porch. Dogs are welcome inside and out, kids are welcome everywhere, and there are no beverage limits or reservations needed for a table. It's where Tree House is most fully itself.

Tree House Greater Boston in Tewksbury is the most unusual property in the company, the former Tewksbury Country Club reimagined as a soaring timber-framed beer hall and retail clubhouse with a working golf course wrapped around it. You're thirty minutes north of Boston and minutes off both I-93 and I-495, which makes it the easiest Tree House to reach from the city or anywhere in the Merrimack Valley. Inside the Clubhouse there's a wide variety of fresh draft beer, the full Tree House Pizza Kitchen menu of hybrid New York/New Haven-style pies, and a thoughtfully curated retail experience for cans, cold brew, spirits, and merch. Outside, The Course at Tree House offers tee times bookable on the Birrdi/Teewire app, with the rolling green expanse providing a backdrop to the entire property. Tree House Cape Cod sits on the bluff above the Cape Cod Canal in the historic town of Sandwich, with arguably the best view on the entire Cape. The taproom looks straight out over the canal and Cape Cod Bay, the patio extends the view further, and the building itself is a lovingly restored community gathering place that has served the town for over sixty years. Whole pies and slices come out of the pizza kitchen daily, draft beer flows seven days a week, the can-to-go selection covers fresh beer, cold brew, spirits, and seltzer, and dogs are welcome in the outdoor spaces. From the parking lot you're walking distance to the Sandwich Boardwalk, Sandy Neck Beach, the marina, and the canal path, with a short drive to the Glass Museum and the rest of the town's deep historic core. It's the spot for a proper Cape day, beer with a view, lobster rolls coming.

Tree House Deerfield is the gateway to Western Mass, set on the historic former Channing Bete campus along Routes 5 and 10 just off I-91. Inside, you'll find a soaring taproom, the immersive can wall and retail store, and a pizza counter slinging hybrid New York/New Haven-style pies right alongside the bar. Outside is where it really opens up: a large patio, sweeping lawn, and the Summer Stage concert venue that brings touring artists to the Pioneer Valley a handful of times a year. Cans-to-go is virtually wait-free during the week, drafts and pizza are walk-up easy, and dogs are welcome in the outdoor spaces during normal business hours. The location is purpose-built as a jumping-off point for everything around it, from rafting the Deerfield River and biking the Mohawk Trail to the Bridge of Flowers, Yankee Candle, the Five Colleges, Historic Deerfield, Mass MoCA, and the Hilltowns beyond. A genuine cultural destination wrapped around a brewery.

Tree House Saratoga Springs is the newest and most ambitious build, a 23,000 square foot taproom and brewery on eleven acres along Route 9, in the shadow of SPAC and a few minutes from the Saratoga Race Course. The interior reads like the inside of an Adirondack Great Camp, with interior trees, exposed timber, and a 40-foot bar pouring 40 lines of fresh Tree House beer. There's an in-house pizza cafe, a retail shop with the full canned lineup, spirits, coffee, merch, and a fire pit lounge area for the colder months. Outside, the grounds open into a huge landscaped lawn with seating, fire features, and room for kids and dogs to roam. It's a year-round destination tied directly into Saratoga's racing, music, and arts seasons, and it's the only Tree House location in New York State.
